Assessment Webs are used to think about the 'whole child' and make instructional decisions for individual students, small groups and the entire classroom.  Additional assessment content is added throughout the year and reviewed as instructional and curriculum decisions are made for individual and group learning. We have produced .doc versions so they can be easily modified for teacher and individual student assessment content.  K0, K1, K2 and Grades 1/2. Looking at Student Work:For Teacher Learning, Teacher Community, and School Reform by Little is an article that thinks about how teachers privately examine student work and think about student performance. The authors describe several projects that have enabled teachers to leave the isolation of their own classrooms and think together about student work in the broader contexts of school improvement and professional development.
