Tell a story about an experience you had with special education. It may be a story about a family member, neighbor, classmate or friend. Use a different name for that person to protect their confidentiality. You will also need to change the names of specific places (town, school) to make sure no one can 'figure out' who you are speaking about. Share what you remember: What helped that person? What made a difference? What made it worse? What would you have done? What resources would have helped? Write your initial response and respond to 2 other classmate responses.
